The Spinnaker Condomium complex is located on the Boardwalk four blocks from the center of Sea Isle City between Atlantic City and Cape May, NJ. The beach is just feet from the front entrance of the Spinnaker buildings. Sea Isle City can be reached via the New Jersey Garden State Parkway, Exit 17 or via Route 9 to Route CR-619 at Ocean View, NJ.

To enter the Spinnaker garage, take 37th Street one block eastward from Landis Avenue, and the entry to the garage will be directly in front of you. A garage entry card is required for entry into the garage.

To get to the Spinnaker Office, take 36th Street one block eastward from Landis Avenue. The exit from the garage will be directly in front of you and the stairs to the entry door will be to the left of the garage exit. There is short-term parking for loading and unloading to the right of the garage exit.
